We are very pleased to formally announce that Kieran Madden has joined Resonance as Research and Strategy Partner. Kieran strengthens Resonance’s capability as a complete out-sourced innovation partner, as we serve our clients to help them to achieve their strategic goals. He will primarily be helping our clients to understand their customers through research, imagining new possibilities then together discerning the best path forward.

Kieran is uniquely qualified for this task as he brings expertise in research, strategy leadership, and the technology industry. This interesting mix comes from an earlier seven year foray in the world of tech, working with EDS and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, followed by a decade in research and public policy. His public policy studies were at the Australian National University where he did a Grad. Dip. of Economics and Master of Public Policy. After a stint in the Australian Parliament, Kieran went on to help lead the think tank Maxim Institute as Research and Development Director.

His “why” is making the most of yours. He is passionate about leaders, teams, and organisations being the best they can be. Kieran is relentlessly curious with a love for solving strategic puzzles in imaginative ways and then implementing for positive transformations—bringing clarity to complexity. Kieran is equally at home in commercial, government, and for purpose spaces.

Kieran says “I chose to join Resonance because I was excited about partnering with leaders and organisations to see them fly, all the while working alongside a supremely talented team. I have already seen how well our distinct skill-sets, people-centeredness, and nimble way of working really do provide strategic breakthroughs for our clients.”

Kieran is married with three young children. When not wrangling small people, he also enjoys getting amongst the Wāitakere ranges, playing football, and enjoying a cheeky coffee or three.

We believe that Kieran’s skill-set will be of particular assistance to organisations needing to make big strategic calls or deeply understand their customers/stakeholders, whether that be in the commercial sector or the for purpose space.
